General Policies
Arrival and Check-In
CHECK IN TIME: Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later.
CHECK OUT TIME: Check-out time is 11:00 AM or earlier.
LATE CHECK OUT: Please make arrangements in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be left in the lobby area for pick up later in the day. Late check-outs after 1:00 PM or later will incur a half-day room charge.
You may reach the office 24 hours a day, 7 days per week by calling 907-479-0751.
Pets are accepted in designated rooms, which are subject to availability. Please contact us directly for availability and to make a reservation. A fee of $20.00 per pet per night is required.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations.
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival.
Should you need to cancel or change your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, you will incur a one night plus tax penalty on the credit card used to hold the reservation.
General Information
We have a limited number of ADA accessible rooms available. Please inquire at time of reservation to ensure we appropriately accommodate your needs.
Missing or damaged items in guest rooms will incur additional charges.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, away from building entrances. Smoking in a guest room will incur an additional $200 cleaning charge.
Smoking of recreational or medicinal cannabis is not permitted inside the Inn.
Parking for one vehicle per room is complimentary for all registered guests.
Pet Policies
At this establishment we know that pets are an important part of many families and as such we are happy to welcome you and your pet.
To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and your fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following guidelines:
- If pet(s) are left unattended in the room, they must be kenneled.
- Your pet must be kept on a leash when he/she is in the hotel or on hotel property, unless it is in your room.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property as well as in and around our inn; please take your pets away from entrances to building when doing their business.
- Any disturbances, such as barking, should be curtailed to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced. In the event that there are any noise complaints from guest in neighboring rooms, you will be given one warning.
- You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel; its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
- Please note that you will be charged a daily fee of $20 per pet or $30 for two pets. Rates for long term stays and additional pets can be negotiated with the owners on a case by case basis.
ADA Compliance Policy
We have built our site with ADA compliance in mind and have utilized available tools such as Google Chrome’s ADA compatibility diagnostic tools. If you have difficulty navigating our website or booking a reservation, we ask you to contact us via telephone or email and we will be happy to assist you. Our property is a historic property and is not ADA Compliant and we do not have any ADA compliant features in the building or rooms. (see notes below)
